As Infocare scales its education\u2011technology portfolio, we need a hands\u2011on Project Manager to own end\u2011to\u2011end delivery of custom software projects for international\u2011school clients. You will coordinate cross\u2011functional teams (product, engineering, QA, and customer success), ensure projects track to scope, schedule, and budget, and act as the primary customer interface throughout the delivery lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 Full Project Lifecycle: scope, schedule, resources, risk, and budget (Agile \/ hybrid). <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Team Enablement: Lead stand\u2011ups, reviews, and retros; clear roadblocks fast. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Client Interface: Act as single point of contact; turn needs into user stories and keep stakeholders informed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Quality & Handover: Drive QA \/ UAT, deployment, training, and post\u2011go\u2011live feedback. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Metrics & Process: Track KPIs (velocity, budget variance, NPS) and maintain lean project docs & risk logs. Required Qualifications<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Fluent English \u2013 confident in meetings and written comms with international\u2011school clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 3 + yrs Software PM \u2013 Agile & waterfall; PMP \/ PMI\u2011ACP a plus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Delivery Know\u2011how \u2013 hands\u2011on with dev, QA, and DevOps to ship web \/ mobile apps or integrations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Customer\u2011Centric \u2013 builds trust and turns requirements into value. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u2022 Logical & Self\u2011Driven \u2013 sharp problem\u2011solver who executes with minimal supervision.
