Position Overview
We’re looking for a driven Marketing Director to elevate Infocare’s brand, fuel lead generation, and deepen our connections within the international education community. You will own end-to-end marketing—online and offline—build and engage professional communities, and deliver standout events that showcase our expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Research
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with Infocare’s growth targets.
Campaign Management & Digital Marketing
• Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, webinars).
• Create compelling marketing collateral: brochures, presentations, case studies.
Lead Generation & CRM
• Partner with Sales to build lead-nurturing workflows and monitor the pipeline in our CRM.
Community Management & Engagement
• Establish and manage communities (WeChat groups, LinkedIn, etc.); define guidelines and growth strategies.
• Plan and host community activities—webinars, AMAs, surveys—to boost member participation and loyalty.
Offline Event Operations
• Plan and execute industry events—conferences, roundtables, workshops—from concept through post-event follow-up.
Must-Haves:
• Near-native English & excellent Mandarin
• 5+ years in B2B marketing (ed-tech/IT services preferred)
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
